Mr. J.K Mohanty

Mr. Mohanty is a professionally qualified and enterprising person who broke the rules of promising jobs and created a platform to excel his entrepreneurial skills in 1999 by establishing Neelachal Leasing & Finance. After having 9 years of rich experience in country’s big names in financial services in Senior Management position, he started NLF with a seed capital of few lacs. His pioneering effort created a base of selling financial services in the Orissa market from a no-market scenario. Subsequently he expanded his horizon by establishing NLF Consultancy Services (P) Ltd. Today, the financial services market not only acknowledges his efforts but rewards him as a service giant because of his strong understanding of the financial products and services. A rare combination of a professional and an entrepreneur skill is what he boasts of having carved a niche in Orissa market. His vision is to make NLF – a single window hub for providing all the financial solutions to different entities. He is also on the Advisory Board of few reputed organizations in India.

Soumendra K Dash

He is the Principal Risk Officer with African Development Bank. He has a Post. Doc degree from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, 2004. He has been awarded Brain Korea 21 Fellowship by Govt. of Republic of Korea. He has a Ph.D. in Applied Economics, Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, (In 2003). He has also been awarded Doctor of the University in Finance, Commonwealth Open University, London. He has a 1st Division M.Phil. degree in Econometrics from Berhampur University, Orissa. He had been associated with IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM – Bangalore, ICFAI University, Hyderabad, IIIT – Bangalore, Hanyang University, Seoul, University of Sri Jaywerdhenapura, Colombo University, Commonwealth University, University of Virgin Island (UK), Tecnologico De Monterrey, Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. He has also worked as Group Head/ Chief Economist/ Head – Sovereign Risk (Country and Sovereign). He has extensive experience in credit rating and portfolio management. He has in depth knowledge about various sectors, which include: Oil & Gas, Airport, Highways, Sugar, Mining and Port. One of his research papers got the award of Best Management Paper by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. He has extensive research experience in: macroeconomic indicators, banking & financial economics, treasury management, international finance, commodity market, commodity derivatives, price discovery, quantitative modeling skills with a strong analytical bent of mind, Macroeconomic variables like IIP, Inflation, GDP estimates, Financial Economics, Monetary Economics, Financial Derivatives & Risk Management and Strategizing the growth.

CA. (Dr) Prithvi Ranjan Parhi

CA.(Dr) Prithvi Ranjan Parhi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
(ICAI). He is also a member of ICAI Registered Valuers Organization. He is a member of the Institute
of Social Auditors of India (ISAI) too. He has done his PhD in Finance. He practices the profession as
the Managing Partner of BAPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He is a Technical Reviewer with
the Taxation Audits Quality Review Board. of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also
an Independent Director in M/s GU Financial Services Private Limited.

His area of practice includes Business Valuation, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting,
Forensic Audit, Information System Audit, Social Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Implementation
of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Transfer pricing, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.

He is a resource person for various programs of ICAI, ICSI , ICAI (Cost) and various universities..
As a corporate trainer he conducts training programs for Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants,
Company Secretaries, Bank Officers, Officers of Odisha Financial Services (OFS), Officers of
Departments of Post India, and Officers of Auditor General of India.

CA. Prithvi is also associated with various professional institutes as a core committee member for
deciding syllabus, development of study material, setting of question banks etc.

Mr. Satyanarayan Das

A commerce & management graduate by profession, Satyanarayan Das has been responsible for leading operations and Neelachal Leasing & Finance and also the company’s relationship with more than 30 Banks/NBFCs/HFCs & Business Partners since 2019. His expertise exceeding 14 years in the domains of debt collection, risk management, retail credit & sales in the banking & financial services industry has been instrumental in taking Neelachal Leasing & Finance to the heights that it has attained. Das has sharpened his credibility brilliantly over the years by working with prestigious banks such as the Centurion Bank of Punjab, Citigroup & ING Vysya, heading the respective departments for the State of Odisha.
