Mr. Jitendra Kumar Mohanty is the Managing Director and shareholder of NLF Consultancy Services Private Limited since 2008. A seasoned professional with extensive involvement across Corporate Finance, Retail Finance, Private Equity, Debt Financing, Education and Training, Management Consulting, and Business Development, his engagements span key markets pan-India and globally.
After acquiring over nine years of experience with leading corporates in the financial services sector, he ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing Neelachal Leasing & Finance in 1999 — laying the foundation for the organised distribution of retail finance products in Odisha. Building on this success, he established NLF Consultancy Services Private Limited, expanding the scope into comprehensive financial and advisory services.
A rare combination of professional expertise and entrepreneurial vision, Mr. Mohanty envisages NLF Consultancy Services as a single-window hub for providing end-to-end financial solutions to diverse entities. He has successfully secured advisory and assessment mandates for the company and also serves on the Advisory Boards of select organisations in India.
Mr. Naba Kishore Sahoo

Mr. Naba Kishore Sahoo is a veteran banker with over 32 years of experience in the Indian banking sector. He began his career with Canara Bank as a Scale I officer and rose to Scale VII, serving as Executive Director of Allahabad Bank for four years. He has also served as an Independent Director on the Board of Jammu & Kashmir Bank since 2020.
His expertise spans credit, risk management, human resources, and strategic leadership, supported by wide exposure across urban, semi-urban, rural, and international banking environments. He has served as Chief Executive of Canara Bank, London, providing valuable global perspective.
An Agricultural Science graduate and CAIIB holder, Mr. Sahoo brings strong governance and deep institutional insight to NLF Consultancy, complementing the firm's capital markets and advisory practice.
CA (Dr.) Prithvi Ranjan Parhi

CA (Dr.) Prithvi Ranjan Parhi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and holds a PhD in Finance. He is a member of the ICAI Registered Valuers Organisation and the Institute of Social Auditors of India, and practises as the Managing Partner of BAPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
His professional expertise covers business valuation, forensic audit, sustainability and responsibility reporting, IFRS implementation, taxation, transfer pricing, statutory and internal audits, and information system audits. He is a Technical Reviewer with the Taxation Audits Quality Review Board of ICAI and serves as an Independent Director in a financial services company.
In addition to his professional practice, he is an academic contributor and resource person for ICAI, ICSI, and other professional institutions — conducting training programmes for Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, and Bank Officers.
Dr. Soumendra Kumar Dash

Dr. Soumendra Kumar Dash is an economist with extensive academic and professional exposure in India and abroad. He has been associated with prestigious institutions including IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, IITs, ICFAI University, and international universities across Korea, the UK, and Sri Lanka.
He currently serves as Principal Risk Officer at the African Development Bank. His professional experience includes roles as Group Head, Chief Economist, and Head – Sovereign Risk, with deep expertise in credit rating, portfolio management, macroeconomic research, and sovereign risk analysis. His sectoral experience spans oil & gas, airports, highways, ports, mining, and sugar.
His research expertise covers macroeconomic indicators, banking and financial economics, treasury management, international finance, commodity derivatives, quantitative modelling, and financial risk management. One of his research papers received the Best Management Paper award from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
Mr. Satyanarayan Das

Mr. Satyanarayan Das has been responsible for leading operations at NLF and managing the company's relationships with more than 30 Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and Business Partners since 2019.
His expertise — exceeding 14 years — spans debt collection, risk management, retail credit, and sales in the banking and financial services industry, and has been instrumental in taking Neelachal Leasing & Finance to its current standing.
Mr. Das built his professional credibility by working with institutions including Centurion Bank of Punjab, Citigroup, and ING Vysya, heading the respective departments for the State of Odisha.
Mr. Janil Jain

Mr. Janil Jain is a qualified Company Secretary with over 6.5 years of experience in capital markets and merchant banking, with strong expertise in IPOs, buybacks, open offers, and regulatory compliance.
He has worked with leading firms including Mefcom Capital Market Limited, Erudore Capital Private Limited, Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries Brokers Private Limited, and Sundae Capital Advisors Private Limited — handling end-to-end execution of SME and Main Board transactions. He has been actively involved in DRHP filings, IPO listings, buyback transactions, and SEBI regulatory processes.
With prior experience at the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, he brings strong regulatory insight and hands-on execution capability across investment banking and capital market advisory.
Mr. Manoranjan Sarangi

Mr. Manoranjan Sarangi is a seasoned finance and compliance professional with over three decades of experience across corporate finance, secretarial, regulatory, and operational domains. He has held senior leadership roles at Odisha Television Limited (OTV) and Ortel Communications Limited (a listed company), where he served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager – Finance respectively.
He possesses extensive expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance, IPO processes, and secretarial functions — including direct involvement in DRHP filings, due diligence, and coordination with SEBI, stock exchanges, and merchant bankers. His experience also spans FDI transactions, FEMA compliance, and working with leading advisory firms and regulatory authorities.
With strong leadership across finance, legal, technical, and operational functions, Mr. Sarangi brings deep institutional knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of highly regulated industries to his role as Compliance Officer.
