Mr. Jitendra Kumar Mohanty
Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Mohanty is a professionally qualified and enterprising person who broke the rules of promising jobs and created a platform to excel his entrepreneurial skills in 1999 by establishing Neelachal Leasing & Finance. After having 9 years of rich experience in country’s big names in financial services in Senior Management position, he started NLF with a seed capital of few lacs. His pioneering effort created a base of selling financial services in the Orissa market from a no-market scenario. Subsequently he expanded his horizon by establishing NLF Consultancy Services (P) Ltd. Today, the financial services market not only acknowledges his efforts but rewards him as a service giant because of his strong understanding of the financial products and services. A rare combination of a professional and an entrepreneur skill is what he boasts of having carved a niche in Orissa market. His vision is to make NLF – a single window hub for providing all the financial solutions to different entities. He is also on the Advisory Board of few reputed organizations in India.
Mrs. Madhulita Patnaik
Co-Founder, Partner
Madhulita Patnaik has been an inexplicably instrumental force behind NLF’s success over the years that cannot be put into words adequately. Owing to her passion to connect with kids and her knack to impart learning, she started her career as a teacher at Buxi Jagabandhu English Medium School and stayed there for more than 15 years. She has commendably continued with other creative pursuits despite her career and has been a writer from her early days with multiple publications to her credit. She is extremely musically inclined as symbolised by her learning and many performances on the Hawaiian guitar. She is currently also learning to play the sitar. Currently, Madhulita works as the secretary of Lions’ club Lotus. She also works as a volunteer of Isha Foundation. The life story of Sadguru that is written in English as ‘More than a life’, is translated by her in Odia and is going to be published very soon. She is one of the most well-rounded personalities around and continues to be an asset and great source of inspiration to everyone at the organization and beyond.
